100 g strawberries
100 g red grapes
75 g red cherries

Steps
Stone the cherries, and cut the grapes and strawberries in half. Place them all in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

½ cantaloupe melon
1 pear
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
a few mint leaves

Steps
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.

4 medium cooked carrots
½ mango
1 orange

Steps
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend at low speed for a few seconds and then increase to a high speed till the drink is smooth.

Kiwi and Apple Juice

1 apple/small glass of apple juice
handful of mint leaves

Pop all the fruit and mint leaves in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.

Tomato, Apple and Celery Juice
